Lama Ole Nydahl
Lama Ole Nydahl is one of the few Westerners who is a fully qualified lama and meditation master in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
The 17th Karmapa
The word Karmapa means "the man of action," or "the master of karma." He is the manifestation of the Bodhisattva of Compassion.
If you visit for the first time
Come at least half an hour before the meditation starts, so you will have time to look around and learn more about Buddhism.
